Data Controls

The practical how-to companion to our Privacy Policy: how to export your data, delete or revoke it, correct what we've inferred about you, and what the waitlist consent checkbox actually means.

Working draft·Last updated August 12, 2026

Export your data

Request-based today

There's no self-serve "export" button yet — most of the AlignAlgo family hasn't launched, so there isn't a settings page to put one in. Today, exporting what we hold on you (your waitlist record, and any signals tied to a product you've actually used, like Align Heart) works by request: email us and ask for an export, and we'll send back what we have.

As live tools ship, self-serve export from your account settings is the plan — the graph is designed to be portable from day one, which is what makes "export and leave anytime" a real commitment rather than a slogan. It's just not built as a one-click flow yet.

Delete or revoke

Request-based today, with one self-serve option

Two different asks, both handled by request right now:

  • Delete everything — ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it. We'll confirm once it's done.
  • Revoke just one thing — for example, stop being notified about a specific product without deleting your whole record. Tell us what to turn off.

One control is already self-serve: every waitlist and product-notify email includes an unsubscribe link, so you don't need to email us just to stop receiving updates.

Correct what we've inferred

Coming — the Personal Graph Dashboard

The long-term plan is a self-serve view of your own graph — a Personal Graph Dashboard where you can see what AlignAlgo has inferred about your taste and trust, and correct anything that's wrong, directly. That dashboard is not built yet.

Until it exists, corrections work the same way exports and deletions do: tell us what looks wrong by email, and we'll fix or remove it on request.

Live today

When you check the box on a "Get early access" or "Notify me" form on this site, here's exactly what you're agreeing to: we can email that address about AlignAlgo's launch and relevant product updates, and you're accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. That's the whole scope of it — checking that box doesn't add you to a separate marketing list that gets sold or shared with a third party, and it doesn't imply consent to anything beyond product-update email and these two policies.
